| Our objective: |
The Chipman Farm tours provide an enjoyable educational tour for groups of
children in preschool through third grade. Children will learn about the harvest
of fall vegetables in age appropriate terms. While having an experience they will
talk about for years to come. This fun-filled tour will give young children
an opportunity to learn while having a wonderful time. Our Pumpkin Land
activity area includes: - hay maze
- corn maze
- giant slide
- petting
zoo
- and much more
|
| Our program: | Children will be able to:
- Tour our greenhouses
- Ride by our fields of fall crops
- See
how popcorn is grown
- Take a Hayride to the pumpkin patch and pick their
very own pumpkin
- Get acquainted with and pet farm animals in our petting
area. (Feed for the animals may be purchased for a quarter from the feed machines)
|
| Take home: | Every
child will take home: - An ear of popcorn they have picked
- A
pumpkin from our pumpkin patch
- Lots of good memories !
|

the farm: | Our tour lasts approximately 1/2 hour. Please be prompt
